As much as I love Katey Sagal, I can’t stand her singing. I don’t know what it is about it, but it just bugs me.
I hear that. For some reason she always sounds like somebody that’s really good at karaoke. Although, maybe I just get bent out of shape at how much Sutter seems to cram her on the soundtrack….
Ryan Hurst also had a pretty small, but memorable part in Saving Private Ryan. He was the guy who Tom Hanks had to shout at because his hearing had been messed up by an explosion.

I realize Tommy Flanagan has an Irish name and all, but he’s a Scot. He was born and raised in Glasgow, worked as a DJ in Glasgow, and got knifed after a gig… in Glasgow. It’s called a Glasgow smile, and it was just something Glaswegian gangs did in the 80′s. It’s totally horrendous, but walking around certain parts of the city (like Easterhouse, where Tommy Flanagan is from) you see a LOT of older fellas with that same scar on one, or both sides of their faces. I spent five years of my life in that city, and my husband’s from there. The country is pretty proud of their people who become something great–and there’s no doubt Tommy Flanagan has done that, so make sure everybody knows he’s from Scotland!
