Two SNL news NUGGETS:
1. Anne Hathaway and Jeremy Renner will host the November 10th and 17th episodes, respectively. She’ll sing during her opening monologue and he’ll spoof his tough guy and/or Boston image, probably.
2. A promo featuring this week’s host Louis C.K. has been released online, and you can watch it below. In it, Louis and Bill Hader discuss Halloween and Hurricane Sandy, which are only two of the four most important things people are talking about. The other two are the presidential election (I’ve been trying to think of someone Louis could impersonate, and all I’ve got so far is Mitt Romney’s fictional slob brother, Pete) and Disney’s Star Wars pwnage. Also, these red pandas, but Louis can’t fit into their outfits as well as George Lucas’s plaid.

I don’t care what you guys say, I think Louis C.K. is pretty funny.
bold statement
OMG THE RED PANDAS YOU GUYS. OMG.
*ahem*
Can’t wait for Louis, though. And I’m guessing that Anne and Jeremy will bring crazy enthusiasm, at least.
When I first saw the pic on HuffPo I thought it was Louie as Walter White.
FUCKING DO THIS SNL!!!!!!!
You have more imagination than the SNL writing staff. Congratulations on winning the tallest midget contest.
Well when you see a bald guy with a reddish beard wearing yellow you motherfucking think Heisenberg.
Pete Romney drunk at thanksgiving dinner. SNL make it so.
Hmm, put a brown wig on Louis and he can be Trigg making poopy faces and clenching his fists as Pharoah’s Obama speaks. . . Or have Louis as the Hurricane Sandy reporter. That’ll work too.
I’m glad that the storm didn’t stop SNL from going on. Hearing that Louis C.K. was hosting was very exciting for me. My favorite skit would have to have been the opening number. Cecily Strong as the interpreter was spot on! I wasn’t able to see the show last night since I was working late at DISH. I set up my DISH Hopper to automatically record the show and I watched it this morning. It’s nice that I can have the entire season on my DISH DVR, and still have plenty of recording space left over. I sure hope that Louis C.K. hosts again in the future.
