It's Thanksgiving Eve and those of us who aren't preparing to spend tomorrow alone chasing down a bottle of vodka with a can of cranberry sauce (they both go bad once opened, you see) are prepping to spend time with family, to various degrees of anticipation and/or dread. Arrested Development has a special place in my heart during the holidays as I first fell in love with show during a seasonal DVD binge. And seeing as how Bluth family relationships can make even the most dysfunctional of family dynamics seem moderately sane, today seems like the day to take a look back at some of the family values the Bluths bestowed upon us in their first three seasons.
Despite the title there's a 50/50 chance these will actually make you feel worse about your own unfunny family. If that happens to be the case I suggest ducking out early tomorrow and going to see a Star War. Above via.

I feel like there should be some mention of the whole birthday/driving incident, but other than that, thank you sir
YOUR SO FUNNY
I thought breakfast was more important than family.
Glorious.
Just a reminder that the Pohler/Arnett divorce still hurts.
Can’t believe this took four comments. Formatting that GIF set hurt.
Reading it hurt just as much, rest assured.
that Seaward joke is still great
Screw Homer and Bart, screw Sandy and Seth, hell, screw Andy and Opie, Michael and George Michael are the best father-son relationship in the history of television.
The Evil Twin had gone too far, and he had best watch his mouth.
HEY I TOLD YOU TO TEXT ME)))))))))))))))))))))))
I love how close number 9 is to a blooper. Portia de Rossi is totally cracking.
Portia di Rossi corpsing? SEND FOR THE MAN!
WHAT ARE YOU SENDING THE MAN
Strictly speaking, I could survive on one of my aunts for weeks.
Not that I’ve thought about it or anything. Especially not the one that already looks like fried chicken.
I hadn’t seen AD and my buddy played the Seaward joke scene for me. That’s what hooked me in. BTW, shouldn’t the title be “family dynamic”?
