The Walking Dead (AMC, Sunday 9 p.m.) — I cannot tell you how excited I am that The Walking Dead has transformed itself from the best hate-watch show on television to the one currently on the air that I most look forward to. How they top the first few episodes of the season, I have no idea. But I will say this: It’s time to unleash Michonne. She’s a great character, but they really haven’t taken much advantage of her yet.
Homeland (Showtime, Sunday 10 p.m.) — Yes, at this point, I like The Walking Dead even more than Emmy winner for Best Drama, Homeland. Of course, Brody’s daughter is kind of becoming the Carl of Homeland.
Dexter (Showtime, Sunday 9 p.m.) — I haven’t talked about Dexter in a few weeks, but — on the subject of shows that have jumped the shark … again — Dexter has taken a wrong left turn into the bizarre after a solid start to the season. SPOILERS: Here’s a GIF of the final scene of last week.
Boardwalk Empire (HBO, Sunday 9 p.m.) — I have been writing a lot about Boardwalk Empire over on Pajiba, and despite a few missteps, I’m still enjoying the third season. If anything, it’s really good at dropping bombshells at the end of episodes.
Fringe (Fox, Friday 9 p.m.) — A creaky episode last week that would’ve made for — at best — good background noise, but that twist in the end could present some interesting developments for the rest of the series.
Family Guy (Fox, Sunday 9 p.m.) — To celebrate the 200th episode of Family Guy, Seth MacFarlane will make 200 gay jokes in the one-hour episode.

Nail on the head with Dana becoming Sunday’s new Carl. Since her call to Brody in the season one finale I’ve had zero interest in whatever she’s doing.
On the other hand, Carl is becoming a bonafide G.
Couldn’t agree more. We’ve gone from “Where’s Carl?” to “What’s wrong with Dana?”
Dana is a decent actor though.
All the episodes thus far have had Michonne frowning and mad-dogging the Governor. Is she ever going to like… keep some of that to herself? That whole time she was showing him she knew he killed those National Guard was basically exposition for the audience that didn’t watch the other episode and didn’t make sense for her character at all.
Yeah Michonne sucks. Kill her off already
The Governor should just offer her a spot in his little army and tell her to MDK all Walkers because it’ll make Michonne happy. He totally wants to procreate with Michonne while he just wants to practice on Andrea. You got to respect a man with human race rebuilding priorities
I don’t mind the twist at the end of last week’s Dexter. SPOILER ALERT: Even sociopaths need lovin’.
“I have been writing a lot about Boardwalk Empire over on Pajiba, and despite a few missteps …”
You write on Pajiba? Haven’t heard. Don’t you have a Caption Contest to NOT put up this week?
If almost-naked Yvonne Strahovski is jumping the shark, then keep that motorcycle fueled up!
You’re completely unfamiliar with the origins of the phrase.
Also, I didn’t find the turn odd. I thought it made sense. Dexter is in a box and finally has someone he can relate to.
You were completely wrong about Fringe. Last week’s was the season’s best. And as much fun as The Walking Dead finally is it still doesn’t match up with Homeland. Even with Dana’s unfortunate subplot.
yeah that Fringe episode was fantastic. maybe Dustin should just keep his Fringe opinions to himself.
