‘Arrested Development’ Is Set To Return On May 4, 2013, Unless It Isn’t

Here are some cold hard facts about a wealthy family who lost everything: season four of Arrested Development is definitely maybe premiering on Netflix on May 4, 2013, possibly, if a still on a Fox publicity website is to be trusted, which it could perhaps be, if you’re the kind of person who believes in that kind of stuff, I THINK.

Earlier this month, word broke that Netflix’s upcoming revival of Arrested Development would have more than the ten episodes originally promised. And now we know exactly when the series will hit. Fox briefly posted the 14 episode names and the premiere date of May 4, 2013 on their press website before taking it down. Each episode of the fourth season has the name of the character it will follow. Michael Bluth, Gob, Lindsay Fünke, George Michael Bluth, and George Bluth Sr. will each get two spotlight episodes, while Tobias Fünke, Maeby Fünke, Buster Bluth, and Lucille Bluth will each get a single episode. SO. There are two ways to react to this news, MAYBE.

1. I BELIEVE AD IS RETURNING SATURDAY MAY 4TH SOMEONE GET THE JUICE THIS PARTY’S GONNA BE OFF THE HOOK TASTE THE HAPPY.

2. I do not believe in this date and/or product.

(May 4 is also Randy Travis’s birthday. Randy Travis does not like May 4th.)

((I hope it’s May 5th, to avoid any and all “May the 4th Be With You” jokes.))

(((Plus, the 4th is a Saturday. I’d rather AD premiere on a Sunday, to ease the no-football pain.)))

((((Something something blue myself.))))
