I was completely creeped out by the Archer-animated Belcher kids, and despite the fact that I was glad to have Archer back, I sort of wanted to see how crazy those kids really are with their new look. One of the guys I work with at DISH didn’t appreciate the crossover at all since he’s never watched Bob’s Burgers. I however, loved it, and I’m definitely looking forward to archiving all of Archer on my DISH Hopper now that I’ve finally got rid of my old DVR. I have so much more recordings space now, so I’ve figured that with being able to save 1,250 SD or 450 HD hours, I’ll be able to save several more series along with Archer.
Fuck off.
Great episode, but did anyone else think they were trying to force in alot of call back jokes for the first episode?

Fantastic. A memorable cross-over indeed. Archer-ized Tina, Gene and Louise were absolutely terrifying though. Lynn actually looked more “attractive” for a cartoon, despite that horrible man voice of hers, which was smart because it had to be believable that Archer would marry her with her three kids.
The recap is the best part of my morning.

Great episode to open the season but I am kind of sad they wrapped up Archer’s amnesia in one episode it could have been fun to try and stretch that gag out for a few episodes.

I just have to say I love how ridiculous the bridesmaids dresses at the wedding looked. Lana especially looks hilarious.

I was shocked (happily so) to see a reference to Tommy Hambledon and Manning Coles (Well, yeah, the History of Violence and Bob’s Burgers stuff was great). Hard to find the books now but some of the most fun spy novels you’ll ever read.
Late to the party but just wanted to say I thought it was a fantastic season opener. I loved the crossover, the pocket pig, and wish Archer could always have a mustache. Also, great insight from Matt.
For those who missed Krieger stuffing an animal in his pocket, you may have also missed this from last season.

OMG I just discovered Archer earlier this week and watched all 3 seasons. This episode was a great season opener with the Bob’s Burger crossover. I only wish the kids could have talked, too. And a Venture Bros/Archer crossover would be crazy insane hilarious!!!!!
what i find amazing is that there’s actually a difference in benjamin’s voice between two characters. he sounds way more youthful as archer. emphasizes the many years of bob’s not giving a fuck anymore.

I’m late to the party here, but last night’s episode was GLORIOUS. I’m so happy Archer’s back. LSD gummy bears, Shazaam, She-Hulk, and Mal’s dig about gay-redneck-handicapped support group niches ( something to that effect) had me rolling.
