30 Rock (NBC, 8 p.m.) — Series finale. Yeah. To “celebrate,” I’m planning on making a 30 Rock-themed dinner, because I need to finally use the stale muffin tops I have left over from my final episode of Heavy party. Cheesy Blasters will obviously be involved, but what else should I/we, the Internet make?
The Big Bang Theory (CBS, 8 p.m.) — This is the first new episode in three weeks. Couldn’t have waited one more? CBS = 30 Rock-hating monsters.
Funniest Animal Commercials Of The Year (TruTV, 8 p.m.) — Gonna guess not the one with the talking pig.
The Office (NBC, 9 p.m.) — Two new episodes of The Office, both of which may involve Pam’s possible emotional (or otherwise) indiscretions with a certain camera crew member, but definitely revolve around Dwight looking for a replacement for Jim and someone defacing Pam’s mural. What if it turns out Boom Mic Brian was sleeping not with Pam, but Jim this entire time? That would be a great series finale.
Do No Harm (NBC, 10:01 p.m.) — Series premiere. Do No Harm, about a neurosurgeon who turns into his evil personalty at exactly 8:25 p.m. every night, is like a modern-day Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, except instead of intrigue and good characters, it has not that and Steven Pasquale.
Elementary (CBS, 10 p.m.) — “During his suspension from the NYPD, Sherlock investigates a hit-and-run accident involving a conspiracy theorist.” I bet Big Car’s in on IT, and that IT goes straight to the top.
Archer (FX, 10 p.m.) — All Krieger, all the time, especially when cyborgs are involved.
Suits (USA, 10 p.m.) — Episode title: “Zane vs. Zane.” Billy Zane is going through some things, guys.
Legit (FX, 10:30 p.m.) — Remember when DJ Qualls was on Breaking Bad? That was weird.
LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Al Pacino on Letterman; Piers Morgan and Quvenzhane Wallis on Leno; Jennifer Lawrence, Katie Couric, and Tegan & Sara on Kimmel; Rashida Jones on Ferguson; C-Tates, Megan Hilty, and Graham Parker on Fallon; “Occupy Conan” on Conan; Jason Bateman on Stewart; and Matthew Guerrieri on Colbert.

my dinner tribute will be shotgunning a pizza, lemon-style.

Exactly what my wife suggested. That and night cheese.
Amen.
I’ll be drinking scotch while wearing a suit and staring out the window… watching the TV in the reflection.
“Sorry Lemon – this is MY staring window. Guests stare over there.”
Big Bang “Couldn’t have waited one more week?” What, to start murdering Community?
Good point. BURN CBS.
What’s the WG consensus on Legit?
I’ve enjoyed it so far.
It’s been a lot better than I thought. It got some great laugh out loud parts and a very dark sweetness to it
Excellent, thank you for the input. I’ll be sure to check it out.
I like it a lot. It’s got a Louie/Wilfred vibe.
Always liked DJ Qualls. Love it when he ‘leaves the room’.
Checked it out last night — pretty solid.
What’s the american stance on Jim Jefferies?
How many split personality disorders shows is NBC going to trot out before they realize no one cares? “Awake” was great, but we don’t need to have NBC trot out another show with that premise every year. They had that Christian Slater show with a similar premise a couple of years ago.
We {Peacock} Mental Disease
That was an awesome show. He was a secret agent who for some reason had been brainwashed to think his cover life was real then found out he was a secret agent. So the cover and the spy would leave passive aggressive voicemails to each other… Awesome.
You should make funky juice, obviously.
Ham and night cheese.
I’ll set all my liquor on fire before I drink it.
I’m so glad I started watching Suits after seeing it recommended here. I burned through every episode in one weekend.
Teamster sandwiches? Pop tarts? You do the meth!
Clearly you should make some Cheese Stew for you and your loved one. Or just hop in your snuggy and work on your Night Cheese.
Come to think of it, this woman loves cheese.
Did we seriously go the entire day with no “The Americans’” discussion? Wtfluff WG? What. The. Fluff.
Yeah, that pilot was pretty damn good. I’m in.
Agreed. A lot of potential. Once again, FX hardly ever does me wrong.
For a second I had forgotten what channel Do No Harm was on and then I remembered it was probably going to be terrible. So NBC.
That’s the show with Jonathan Silverman as “Doctor Fantastico,” right?
…played in tonight’s episode by this krunk period —-> .
This show looks terrible. I can’t believe the premise at all… mostly because there’s no way a surgeon would work regular enough hours to maintain this 12 hours on 12 hours off bullshit… “OH NO I have to cover my partners shift… OOOPS crazy me gave you a lobotomy because LOLS… sorry…”
Do No Harm looks like the type of Dumb show that Pasquale’s character on Rescue Me would come up with….I’m not entirely unconvinced that this isn’t some sort of meta-Andy Kauffman crap
Given all the promos for “Do No Harm” during “30 Rock” this month, I was partly convinced it was all going to be revealed as an elaborate hoax, just another shitty fake show like “Bitch Hunter” and “MILF Island” that was being promoted as a last giant meta joke.
But no, apparently NBC is that fucking awful.
The guy flips personalities at exactly 8:26. What about Daylight Savings Time? In the fall, does the evil twin get an extra hour to do fat rails and bang whores?
Do No Harm? More like Do No Homework on dissociative personality disorders!
Great, now I’m obsessed with why there are no baby pigeons!
Right? Kenneth is wise beyond his millions of years.
