Archer (FX, 10 p.m.) — Season premiere. I know, I had no idea it was coming back, either.
30 Rock (NBC, 8 p.m.) — Jack and Liz take a trip to Florida, where they drink a 79-pack of brewskis, don’t catch a few Marlins games, and ride a gargle (scientific term) of gators with our very own Burnsy. Watch as they find out how many Skynyrd jams is one Skynyrd jam too many. The answer: two. Meanwhile…
Parks and Recreation (NBC, 8:30 p.m.) — …the Pawnee dudes head to Lucas Oil Stadium, while the Pawnee chicks plan an in-town bachelorette party for Leslie. Jim Irsay takes his dick out at both locations.
The Office (NBC, 9 p.m.) — “Everyone abuses the office’s new espresso machine,” except Andy. Who’s dead.
King of the Nerds (TBS, 10 p.m.) — To quote a character on an aforementioned show, NOOOOPPPEEEE.
Legit (FX, 10:30 p.m.) — Series premiere, about a comedian (star/creator Jim Jefferies) who wants to become legitimate in life. Does becoming legit involve wearing pants? If so, no dice.
Newsreaders (Adult Swim, 12 a.m.) — Series premiere. A spinoff of the Childrens Hospital show-within-a-show documentary, or something, makes my head hurt, but Louis La Fonda is great on the original, and fellow adjunct series NTSF:SD:SUV:: didn’t disappoint. What I’m saying is, this show technically airs on Friday. Chew on THAT.
LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Jeremy Renner on Letterman; Naomi Watts on Leno; Mark Wahlberg and Jennifer Lopez on Kimmel; Julia Stiles and Jerry Ferrara on Ferguson; Arnold Schwarzenegger, Maggie Q, and Michael Kiwanuka on Fallon; Martin Short and David Boreanaz on Conan; Lena Dunham on Stewart; and Akhil Reed Amar on Colbert.

Suits Season Premier anyone?!
WOOO!!!! WOOO!!! WOOO!!!! WOOO!!! WOOO!!!! WOOO!!! WOOO!!!! WOOO!!!
[cable goes out]
RAMPAGE!!!
Cry havoc and let slip the hogs of war!
I swear, I had something for this.
Potentially, a solid night of TV. Except for Lena Dunham on TDS. Fuck. That.
Oh, and don’t forget Lance Armstrong gets to try and win sympathy votes when his interview airs on OWN tonight. Don’t know when.
9pm EST
I just can’t do it. Hate ‘em both.
Double sploosh!
I feel like if I don’t watch King of the Nerds I won’t know what all the nerds are complaining about tomorrow.
We need to cherish these last episodes of 30 Rock like schoolchildren cherish the waning days of summer.
So is there gonna be an open thread for the archer premier?
We’ll have a recap up tomorrow morning.
Got my Glengoolie Black and a bag of gummy bears all ready
LSD laced?
Is there any other kind? Tripping some serious bear claws… bear claws… bear balls?
You could drown a toddler in my panties right now.
Somebody has to acknowledge this comment
I thought it might be too obvious.
Still great though.
When will wall street the later years be over?
Aaaaaaaaah, girlfriend is insisting on watching the Oprah interview of Lance Armstrong instead of Archer! Who wants to rerun rive brog?
Or maybe it is time to find a new girlfriend
Sounds like some else has a problem with their balls.
BURN!
I’m pretty sure you guys used to have a live thread going during Archer?
I know right
Holy Shit… Archer + Bob’s Burger + A History of Violence was perfect.
My ONLY complaint was that the kids didn’t get any lines. That and I couldn’t hear the scene over the sound of my throbbing erection.
Something I’ve learned: niche is pronounced (neesh, and not nitch.)
Welcome to right now, pal.
I made the mistake of watching part of The Office. Longest 17 minutes in recent memory. Then I remembered Suits thank God.
I think this is probably the first time in the history of the written word that the phrase “Then I remembered Suits thank God.” has been made.
So FX’s new show Legit looks pretty legit
Brilliant
Much more tomorrow, obviously, but until then.
I died. I fucking died. I’m not even real right now.
Archer was solid as usual. Legit was an unbelievable debut!
Archer needs to be an hour long show with no commercials! SPLOOSH
