The Office (NBC, 9 p.m.) — According to Jenna Fischer, “[Tonight] is the episode in which you will see behind the scenes of the documentary for the first time.” I hope Finchy’s behind the whole production. And the last scene of the show is the entire cast singing “Free Love Freeway.” I’d be OK with this.
Last Resort (ABC, 8 p.m.) — Series finale. Gives Shawn Ryan more time to revive Terriers, right? Right…?
30 Rock (NBC, 8 p.m.) — The penultimate episode (boo) continues where last week’s left off, with TGS canceled and Liz and Criss trying to adopt a kid. ADOPT ME, TINA FEY. I promise to love you, but not be in love with you.
Incredible Crew (Cartoon, 8 p.m.) — No idea what this is, but tonight’s episode is called “Farting Grandpa.” My new favorite show.
Parks and Recreation (NBC, 8:30 p.m.) — “Tom asks Ben and Andy to teach him about basketball.” There’s no chance that’s not going to be great. Meanwhile, April and Leslie try to get more women hired as trash collectors, because the garbagewoman can, Marge. The garbagewoman can.
Archer (FX, 10 p.m.) — RAYLAN GIVENS ALERT RAYLAN GIVENS ALERT. Raylan Givens Alert.
Legit (FX, 10:30 p.m.) — What did everyone think of the premiere? I thought it was pretty good, if Louie-lite. #review
LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Dustin Hoffman, Jillian Michaels, and Kenny Loggins on Leno; Matt Damon on Kimmel; Adam Scott and Gemma Arterton on Conan; Christopher Walken on Stewart; and Tavi Gevinson on Colbert.

I liked Last Resort. It wasn’t ground-breakingly good or anything, but it was solid entertainment. Also, Andre Braugher should be in something at all times. Hopefully his new show starts next week.
because the garbagewoman can, Marge.
Great example of an episode that proved the Simpsons could still throw their fastball outside of what is generally considered their golden years.
Legit looks to have some potential. The pilot episode is based on an allegedly true story that Jeffries tells in his standup act which I thought was hysterical. He also killed on Conan the other night. Looking forward to seeing where the series goes.
So… The Office is doing a clip episode of sorts.
Yup, that’s what I read into it.
Yeah, as mentioned the pilot was almost word-for-word from his standup.
But it was still funny to watch. Enjoyed it, and I find him likable.
If you can find a clip of his interview on The Cowhead Show (Tampa radio host) he was pretty good.
Incredible show is pretty bad. The farting grandpa sketch is a Jackass knock off. It also contains a song called “errands with my mom” which is similar to a Lonely Island song. The only saving grace is Jeremy Shada (Finn from Adventure time) who is hilarious.
All things Adventure Time are hilarious and wonderful.
BTW, Incredible Crew is Cartoon Network’s attempt at creating All That, starring the voice of Finn from Adventure Time.
Not surprising since Nick Cannon created the show.
Isn’t it live action? Bleh.
Man The Office needs to go.
You say that, but for the first time in nearly 2 years they evoked a reaction out of me that wasn’t indifference or contempt. Watching Pam Beasley cry over the strain in her marriage broke my heart, and legit effected my mood. I haven’t cared this much about “The Office” since Michael left, which is an amazing thing.
I agree that it needs to go. But for the first time in years I’m eager to see what will happen next, and will be sad to say goodbye. I probably wouldn’t have said that if the show ended last season. But things are starting to come together for an (hopefully) awesome conclusion.
The Pam scene was legit great. Emmy-winning great.
For real, that was some outstanding acting. The rest of the episode, not so much, but meh.
See I had the exact opposite reaction. Really, this is the time the camera crew breaks the wall? When Pam and Jim get into a minor argument over missing a ballet recital. Not after a half-dozen episodes of cheating/infidelity. Not after Angela tried to have Oscar murdered. Not when various people are injured to the point of needing to be hospitalized.
No no, it’s Pam acting like her mom died, because overworked Jim got a little snippy over her inability to use a smart phone.
That’s just my take on it.
That scene at the end made me sad. Legitimately upset. I thought Jenna Fischer was great.
@Jtro, the problem with the whole “now is the time they break the wall?” thing is that there are so many instances back when everyone considered the office great that they could have broken the wall to help in a situation (Jan’s deposition, Michael driving into a lake) that they didn’t.
I think some belief needs to be suspended when it comes to the film crew being that they’ve been filming, for all intents and purposes, a rather unremarkable group of people for eight years. If the product of their efforts was at all successful, the entire Dunder Mifflin crew would be Honey Boo Boo famous at this point.
Jesus, all those good shows, AND Adam Scott on Conan AND Christopher Walken on The Daily Show? Too much.
Comedy Central starts airing new (for them) episodes of It’s Always Sunny in case you missed ‘em the first time.
Shut your dick holster.
I legitimately enjoyed the office, thought Pam’s final scene was great. I know I’m in the complete minority, but as active duty Navy, Last Resort was probably the funniest show on TV, gonna miss it.
That reveal on the office was terrible. Damn them for tricking me into watching this crap.
