Earlier today you may have received a malware warning when visiting certain UPROXX posts — especially if you use Chrome as your browser — much like the one above. As I understand it, what essentially happened was this: Web advertising network NetSeer, a Google-owned entity that posts ads on many sites all over the web, was hacked. As a precaution, Google added NetSeer to its list of malware affected websites, causing Chrome and some other browsers to start blocking any sites that had netseer.com ad code embedded in them. As in the screengrab above, a message warned visitors who were using Chrome that the Web site they were visiting was a “known malware distributor.”
Bottom line: No malware was passed and things are back to normal. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

How do I know you aren’t the malware pretending to be Cajun Boy?

THE PLOT THICKENS!!!
When Cajun Boy thickens his plots, it’s because he added okra.
CRAWDAD CRAWDAD OKRA WHO DAT
4,725 unread emails. That is a sure sign you need a PA
Tell me about it.
More importantly, I see someone is looking up Martin “stay out of my bedroom” O’Malley…or the less interesting Governor of Maryland…
And THAT, my friends is why you add the AdBlock extension to your Chrome browser.
I’m more concerned with all the slideshow style posts not rendering in Chrome. I have to use the View Single Page option, so you guys lose your precious page views.
At least you closed the porn tab before you took the screenshot.
