Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (NBC, 9 p.m.) – Former heavyweight champion of the world Mike Tyson guest stars on SVU tonight as a convicted murderer. Tune in next season when Evander Holyfield appears as an arsonist, and he is brought to justice by a tough, no-nonsense detective from England played by Lennox Lewis. (NOTE: I would watch that episode twice.)
The Americans (FX, 10 p.m.) – Last week’s premiere was pretty solid, as we discussed. This one’s on the Watch List. Hopefully this week they do a montage to “Sussudio.”
Modern Family (ABC, 9 p.m.) – On this week’s episode, Cam is directing a school production of Phantom of the Opera, and Manny fights tooth and nail for the lead. I assume this will make Dustin LIVID.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (CBS, 10 p.m.) – Tonight is a crossover episode where the girlfriend of Gary Sinise’s character from CSI: NY goes missing in Las Vegas, so he enlists the help of thzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
American Idol (Fox, 8 p.m.) – … zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz…
Workaholics/Kroll Show (Comedy Central, 10-11 p.m.) – … [wakes up] WHAT? I’M AWAKE. JESUS, WHY IS THAT LIGHT SO BRIGHT?
LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Ewan MacGregor and Julianne Hough on Kimmel; Joel McHale (DVR ALERT) and Amy Sedaris on Letterman; Emmy Rossum and Jon Ronson on Ferguson; Tim McGraw and Bar Rafeali on Leno; Whoopi Goldberg, Tavi Gevinson, and Tommy Mottola on Fallon; and Rooney Mara and Jeff Ross are on Conan.

I see what you did there… a show about commies on the watch list.
I’d prefer a montage to “Don’t Lose My Number”
The problem with the Kroll show is he doesn’t have range. He can play a lot of different kinds of assholes, but I just can’t buy him as any other kind of person. So the show will wear out pretty soon.
Sure, make fun but Crime Scene Classic still hits the spot. Tasty Elisabeth Shue just perfects the recipe.
For IMDB’s convenience Mike Tyson is being credited in the episode as “Murderer/Tyson/That Guy With The Thing On His Face”
Oh, his character’s name is Tyson so he doesn’t forget to respond to his cues.
Suburgatory is kinda writing itself into a weird corner. The George/Dallas angle is nice but Tessa/Ryan leaves very little development for the main character.
Anyone still watching SVU needs to stop. Though Law & Order: WBC would be nice.
A convicted rapist on a show about sexual offenses, well isn’t that sensitive.
Mike Tyson being cast as a guest star on Law and Order SVU was TERRIBLY insensitive to survivors of rape/SA, sent them a terrible message, and set some survivors/victims backwards in their healing journey, etc. Why? Please go to [www.youtube.com] and listen to my personal video. NBC should have cast him somewhere else, like Chicago Fire, Dick Wolf’s other show. Shame, shame on SVU! I will never watch it again, and I know others feel the same way. In addition. ratings/# of viewers for the Tyson episode dropped 12% and was lowest rated/viewed episode in SVU’s history for a regularly scheduled show. That’s no accident…
