Parks and Recreation (NBC, 8:30 p.m.) — I’m gonna lose it when Ron toasts Leslie.
Community (NBC, 8 p.m.) — “The study group,” and Battlestar Galactica‘s Tricia Helfer, “goes to the annual Inspector Spacetime Convention,” where, presumably, self-referential fandom references run crazy. WHAT IF PIERCE IS A CYLON? I’d be down for that.
Scandal (ABC, 10 p.m.) — It’s been a season and a half, and I still have no idea what Scandal‘s about, other than scandals. And even of that I’m not sure, though I do know tonight’s episode, “Boom Goes the Dynamite,” means next week’s will be called “Jib Jab Evolution of Dance.”
Archer (FX, 10 p.m.) — A snake bites Archer in a “special place.” It got him on the crawl space behind the fridge?
Legit (FX, 10:30 p.m.) — Ramona asks Jim to be a mentor to her nephew, the world’s youngest raging alcoholic.
LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Johnny Depp on Letterman; Arsenio Hall on Leno; Kelly Ripa on Kimmel; Kunal Nayyar and Molly Shannon on Ferguson; Stephen Colbert, Anthony Anderson, and James Adomian on Fallon; Mila Kunis and Chris Hardwick on Conan; Steven Brill on Stewart; and Lil Buck on Colbert.

You know how they originally wanted Fred Willard to be Pierce but NBC insisted on Chevy? Then in the first ep of the season Fred played Pierce? I was thinking, now that Chevy is gone, couldn’t they just cycle through every cool older comedian and have them play Pierce? Every week someone new. They’d make no reference to it, it would just be a different pierce.
Guess they’vre wrapped shooting, eh? Well. I’ll save that for the show I’m running.
*Looks into his shorts at the fleas*
Don’t worry, little guys, you’re going to be stars.
Kinda like when they got all those actors to replace Heath Ledger in that movie that came out after the Dark Knight that no one gave a shit about?
Crazy enough to work.
#SixSeasonsAndTwenty-SixPierces
Oh, somebody get a Col. Tigh eyepatch for Pierce!
this Ben & Leslie wedding is the only thing on TV I’ve looked forward to as much as any Breaking Bad premiere/finale.
It’s already a little dusty in the Scorpio abode.
Everyone should view it with a stack of waffles.
Man, I had feelings.
What the shit? Hell of a tease at the end of tonight’s Archer Mr. Reed
Not enough taint jokes. Not enough James Mason jokes.
Archer is hitting them both.
Holy shit! A “Natural” reference!
Suits is really killing it this season. The dialogue is really clever, and Lewis is such a well developed character. It’s way too good to be on USA. This little back and forth between Mike and that British guy while he is waiting outside Harvey’s office was great with Downton Abbey’s reference, and then when Mike brings him to Harvey’s office and tries the joking with him, Harvey responds with, “Get the hell out of here.”
I think donald glover (troy) directed the sci fi convention episode. So much booty meat in the episode.
