Archer (FX, 10 p.m.) — Archer and Lana go undercover as honeymooners. BANG ZOOM STRAIGHT TO THE MOON, LANA…LANA? LAAAAANNNNNNNNAAAAAAAA. It’s funny because he’s threatening to beat his wife.
Community (NBC, 8 p.m.) — “Dean Pelton asks the study group to help secure a grant for research into Chang’s memory loss, while Abed films their efforts for a documentary.” Those are probably my three least favorite characters on the show, so expect a cranky review tomorrow. Sorry in advance.
Two and a Half Men (CBS, 8:30 p.m.) — Tonight’s episode is titled “Big Episode: Someone Stole a Spoon.” Yeah.
Parks and Rec (NBC, 8:30 p.m.) — Thank god you’re back, with Jenny Slate as Jean-Ralphio’s sister in tow.
The Office (NBC, 9 p.m.) — This is the would-be The Farm pilot that NBC rejected. Good…job…NBC?
Elementary (CBS, 10 p.m.) — Joan is sent on her first solo case, investigating the disappearance of a woman who left a breakup video for her husband. She’s probably hiding away in a computer lab somewhere, reading about the return of Sherlock.
LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Gerard Butler on Letterman; James Franco on Leno; Monica Potter and Jim Rome on Ferguson; Katie Couric, Freddie Highmore, and Justin Timberlake on Fallon; and Steve Carell on Conan.

So a seasonal documentary-style episode is the new paintball?
And like paintball they should have stopped at two.
Considering NBC’s judgment, what are the chances this is best episode of The Office in 2 seasons?
That’s an interesting point.
Also, I’m going to miss tonight’s Archer, sad, sad.
I’m sure the Office-spin off would have sucked, but that would have made it a top show on NBC.
I like Jenny Slate, and even I think she’s usually the worst part of whatever show she makes an appearance on.
Interesting that Ben Schwartz was just trying to bang her in House of Lies, and now they’re playing siblings.
I HATED her on Raising Hope.
Think of it this way Josh, in the last documentary episode, Abed didn’t have much screen time, and if the dean is just asking, he might not be doing much either. Though there is still Chang.
I can see not liking Chang, but if someone doesn’t like the Dean and Abed, I don’t care to hear their opinions on the show, anyway.
You should consider adding Legit to the roundup. It’s consistently funny.
Yes so much. If you have Netflix watch Jim Jeffries: Fully Functional. The first couple episodes are part of this stand up.
Yeah, Legit has surprised me with how good it is.
I like Legit a lot. Last week’s Hoarders episode was maybe the only Hoarders-based episode of TV I’ve ever enjoyed.
how the FUCK is Dean and Abed josh’s least favorite characters?
obviously the 3 worst characters are Pierce, Shirley, and Chang.
I don’t disagree. The Dean was great last night, because he existed beyond a platform “HAHA HE’S A CLOSETED GAY MAN WHO LOVES JEFF” jokes.
i love those jokes.
ABED? Are you saying Pierce is better than Abed?
Post-Harmon Abed is just sort of… there.
But no, not worse than Pierce. Really, my bottom is just Pierce and Chang. Boom, phrasing!
No, Pierce is definitely worse. I just don’t like Community turning into The Abed Show.
