I am absolutely fascinated and blown away by the complexities of visual effects in both movies and television. It’s amazing how much of what we see on the screen comes from computers; things you don’t even consider. The Walking Dead, of course, gets a lot of credit for Greg Nicotero’s special make-up effects, but the visual effects from Stargate Studios are just as impressive. For proof, check out this video showing the before and after, as well as a few before-and-after screenshots of The Walking Dead I snagged from Reddit. It’s jaw dropping.
