Read Netflix’s Fantastic Customer Service Response To One User’s Complaint

I feel a little uneasy praising the customer service department of a multi-million dollar company for doing exactly what they’re supposed to — help people. But as anyone who’s ever spent three hours trying to get in touch with Time Warner knows, it’s rare to be treated like a human when you have a problem that needs solving.

The exchange below occurred between a Redditor and Netflix when the former was having problems with Instant.
