The Best Of #Justin Bieber Lulz

I realize tooling on Justin Bieber is so 2009, but July is slower than an Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? contestant, and I just stumbled across the multipane (after the jump) to quite possibly my favorite scene from this past season of The Office, which gave me the courage to say, "F*ck it, I'm doing a Bieber feature."

Besides, we tried to rename this joint BieberRoxx back in June, and if you don't have room in your day to poke fun at a still wildly popular and successful 17 year-old Canadian pop star who looks more and more like a lesbian with each passing day yet still pulls this off then there's nothing I can do for you.

I'd like to think someone could make a Justice Beaver joke when I'm 80+ and on my death bed and I'd still LOL.
