Apparently there’s a show on one of the local news stations in San Francisco, KRON, called “People Behaving Badly.” It’s hosted by this guy, Stanley Roberts. In the course of getting footage for his show, Roberts ran into the Elmo t-shirt-wearing HERO in the video above. Hilarity ensued.
