It’s kind of hard to believe that it’s been a year since the internet made a “golden-voiced” homeless man from Ohio named Ted Williams the first viral sensation of 2011, but it has. And what do you know: Dude’s life appears to have made a remarkable 180 degree turn.
Yes, in the clip above, Entertainment Tonight catches up with Williams in his new condo, complete with fireplace and walk-in closet filled with numerous questionable wardrobe choices. Oh and he has a girlfriend. And multiple steady voice-over gigs.
So pat yourself on the back, Internet. Even though he still has his addiction struggles, you changed a man’s life for the better.

Proud of this man! It’s never easy getting clean, but I agree and want to hear more about positive stories…great things going on, I think it’s easier to make folks :down”, try bringing one “up”..A LOT harder. And Handing out a blanket to someone cold, and or a sandwich of someones CHOICE for once! (hey, it’s only a dream, never gonna happen but rarely). Hunger is a pain, literally. If you are one of those lucky folks who worked hard and earned everything you have, etc…Or, someone who has the means..to help out..the lost, the weary..the poor, then I beg you, try. Even if you give at your church, I’d hope to think they help out communities..etc… I try as much as I can, to help. So..to anyone who reads this, I hope your okay…
