Remember a couple of weeks ago when former Goldman Sachs executive Greg Smith ran his resignation letter on the op-ed pages of the New York Times? Well, as you may recall, Smith charged that Goldman bankers often refer to their clients as “Muppets.” Now, you didn’t think the actual Muppets would take that lying down, did you?

In the Funny or Die skit below, a few of the loveable, furry monsters invade the Goldman Sachs boardroom to serve papers laying out a formal complaint: “We represent the Anti-Muppet Defamation League and we’d like to lodge a formal complaint about Goldman Sachs’s use of the word ‘muppet’ in an offensive and derogatory way.” Neal McDonough and Kyle MacLachlan play Goldman bankers, hilariously.
