With the Community-Law & Order episode happening last night there was pretty much zero chance this post wasn't coming this morning. "Basic Lupine Urology" did not disappoint. Hell, it even exceeded my fanboy expectations. Simply tremendous from start to finish. My only gripe is I can't find a really good Professor Kane/Micheal K. Williams "A man's gotta have a code GIF." I've made due though.
Thoughts on last night's comedies in ten words or less...
- Community - Brilliant. Pantheon. His name was Alex. Walk it off!
- 30 Rock - Live episodes are super "meh" except for the guests.
- Office - Lot of trades in the first round, huh?
- Parks & Rec - Andy Dwyer reenacting movies is the new Haverfoods.

The 30 Rock live was way better than a “meh” and Jon Hamm in an afro is just magical….slightly racist, yet magical.
The Live show just feels weird and forced to me. I seriously dig all the special guest drop-ins but outside of that not my thing.
I loved Jon Hamm in an afro, but I thought the first live episode from last season was more put together. This felt more like an episode of SNL where the sketches are only 30 seconds long. “Forced” was a good descriptor, Maske.
Last year’s live show definitely felt more like an actual thought through episode. This one felt like a gimmick.
