Last week, 28-year-old Redditor WhosThatGirl_ItsRach had, in her words, “60% of her lung removed,” and decided to host an Ask Me Anything because she was in the ICU and couldn’t sleep. Also, she was in Cleveland, so she was likely bored out of her skull even more than she would be in most other places, too.

The thread became instantly popular on Reddit – with questions like, “What did your lung do to you to make you hate it so much?” (answer: “I didn't!!!! I was super healthy all my life...Even joined the Army. 2 years ago I started getting pneumonia. HORRIBLE pneumonia. After this surgery today, I can honestly say that having your lung cut up is many times less painful than pneumonia”) – partially because she seems like a sweet person. But mostly because she’s quite pretty.

Early this morning, she updated the thread, writing, “I was FINALLY discharged from the Cleveland Clinic yesterday (Tuesday) morning. My surgery went great. My recovery is going ok. I've had a few complications (excessive bleeding, air in my chest tube) and setbacks, but hopefully things will go more smoothly at home.” She also posted a picture of herself on her recovery bed – which leads us to the Ridiculously Photogenic Surgery Girl meme. She’d make such attractive babies with Zeddie, wouldn't she? (All pictures via)
