Ever since Vince pointed out 'Patton Oswalt at an end-of-the-world wine orgy' I've been looking forward to Seeking a Friend at the End of the World. Steve Carell's comedy/acting chops are a divisive topic on the internet though, and while I'll forever be a supporter it's hard to argue that his film efforts range from 'Very Good' to 'Completely Unwatchable.' Based on the supporting cast alone though my gut tells me End of the World will be much closer to the former than the latter.
A movie that is not a toss up though is The 40 Year Old Virgin. While it may not be Apatow's finest directing effort, I'd argue his film directorial debut is his all around funniest. It's also the project that ignited or reignited the careers of an astonishing number of the most popular comedy personalities around today, including UPROXX imaginary best friend Paul Rudd.
So on a Summer Monday let's sit back and enjoy the best GIFs and assorted media from The 40 Year Old Virgin that the internet has to offer. And then maybe we'll go grab some french toast and head back to my place to watch it. Fair warning: some NSFW text ahead. You know, if you're not into that sort of thing.

HOLY SHIT JONAH HILL.
I think you can actually pinpoint the moment in that GIF when he became a star.
Protip: Quoting the bag of sand line does not make for get pillow talk.
I hope you have a big trunk cause I’m gonna put my bike in it.
I’d argue his film directorial debut is his all around funniest
How is this even debatable? This is not even debatable.
I still pronounce “French toast” like Leslie Mann, without even meaning to.
*Palm to own forehead* Decisive opinions, Maske! Get it together.
best of The 40 Year Old Virgin is pre-2 Broke Girls Kat Dennings, back when she was super hot and not horrible
i nearly pissed my pants during this movie. went in expecting little ’cause the ads made it look so lame (because they couldn’t show any of the good parts)…now it might be my favorite comedy of all time: a raunchy comedy that has actual acting, dialogue, character development, and heart. the most quotable movie since princess bride. plus, it’s pretty spot on with how the men interact with each other. love the part where they’re standing out back just breaking fluorescent light bulbs. no reason. just breaking them and laughing ’cause that’s the kind of dumb shit guys do. FUCK I LOVE THIS MOVIE. plus, how were kat denning boobs so huge back then? i mean they’re big now but…DAMN!
