Meme Watch: ‘Thor’ And ‘Arrested Development’ Are Basically The Same

A few cheeky tricksters illusionists on Tumblr have spotted a shocking number of similarities between Arrested Development and Thor. The mashups were popularized by single-serving Tumblr Arrested Asgardians, and now we have several pictures from many sources.

When you think about it, there are quite a few similarities between the two. There's a privileged family living in a strange place, stuck in the shadow of a difficult, sometimes-absentee father, while a brother tries to keep the family together as another brother causes trouble because he's a trickster an illusionist. They're just so dramatic and flamboyant; it makes me want to set myself on fire!
