With This New Ad, The 2012 Presidential Race Has Gone Full Big Bird

You just knew it was coming. And here it is…

“Bernie Madoff. Ken Lay. Dennis Kozlowski. Criminals. Gluttons of greed. And the evil genius who towered over them?” a voiceover says as a silhouette of Big Bird moves on screen.

“Big. Yellow. A menace to our economy. Mitt Romney knows it’s not Wall Street you have to worry about, it’s Sesame Street,” the ad says.

Personally, I LOLed at the silhouette of Big Bird plotting to enrich himself and his Wall Street Fat Cat friends by destroying America’s economy. Well played, Obama’s ad people.

Meanwhile, Sesame Workshop does not approve of this message.
