White High School Students Don Black Face And Reenact Chris Brown Beating Rihanna At A Pep Rally

*Sigh* This comes from a CNN iReport:

At the most resent Pep Rally for Waverly High School, located in Waverly NY…three white students were to perform a skit in black face, depicting Chris Brown and Rhianna most notibly. In this skit they would display acts of domestic violence as satire to an audience that included not only students but parents, faculty, and various members of the media and community leaders. None of them stopped the skit. (Via)

SO. There’s a predictable (and rightful) amount of Internet rage, which is the most effective kind of rage, directed towards the students for staging the sketch and the school’s administration for not thwarting said staged sketch, and yet, no one’s complaining about the umbrella “Chris” is holding. Ugh, kids today, with their unnecessary prop comedy.

ANYWAYS, this story is honestly so f*cked up that I can’t even begin to comprehend a reasonable thought, so let’s see what other people are saying about the incident.

He makes a good point. Nothing says “wholesome” like a bunch of white kids, in a school that apparently doesn’t have a single black student (judging by the banner image), reenacting the time a guy beat the crap out of his defenseless girlfriend. I think the same thing happened in an episode of The Andy Griffith Show. In related news:
