In a perfect world, after taking the best friends forever #lol photo you see above, Meryl Streep and Hillary Clinton reenacted the Russian Roulette scene from The Deer Hunter. When a man says no to wishing actresses and secretaries of state cosplay together, he says no to life. But in reality, @streepthroat and thefoolonthehillary.tumblr.com were hanging out at the Kennedy Center Honors gala on Saturday, where according to the HuffPo, "Streep used her iPhone to snap a photo of the two powerful women."
As soon as the photo went viral, the memes came rolling-like-a-rock in, not unlike a certain beer from The Deer Hunter. (I'm not giving up on my fantasy.) Here are some of the best parodies.
