A Man Is Suing McDonald's For $1.5 Million Because They Only Gave Him One Napkin

McDonald’s napkins feel like they’re made of used toilet paper, gravel, and sadness, but when you’re shame-stuffing your face with nuggets, you still need them to clear the sauce off your mug. Notice how I said “them,” not “one.” No human can get by at a fast food restaurant with only a single napkin, which is the basis of one man’s lawsuit against McDonald’s for $1.5 million. Also, he was called a no-good word.

Webster Lucas claimed he is “unable to work” due to the “emotional distress” caused by the incident at the outlet in Pacoima, California, TMZ reported.

He claimed he was given one serviette when he ordered a quarter pounder deluxe, but when he went to the counter to ask for more, the manager refused to give him any.

Lucas, who is African-American, alleged that the Mexican-American manager was racist towards him and mumbled something that sounded like “you people.” (Via)

Black people just can’t get ENOUGH napkins (?). Anyway, Lucas was offered free burgers for his pain, but when he was told they wouldn’t remove the pickles, he decided to go after the money instead.
