Vince Mancini is a central Californian living in New York City and the full-time writer/editor of the critically acclaimed smash hit movie blog FilmDrunk.com. A full-time blogger, MFA student graduate at Columbia, and some-time amateur stand-up comedian, he has been previously employed as a barista, a Chinese food chef, a forklift driver, an adult film editor, and a handsome secret agent with a sweet yet masculine scent. Just your average Marine Corps veteran turned sports blogger. I grew up all over the States (Washington, Oklahoma, DC, New Jersey, southern Illinois), graduated college from Northwestern in 2000 (double-major in History and Political Science) and then spent four-plus years in the Marine Corps, which included being the lead tank over the border in the invasion of Iraq. Born by the river in a little tent and just like that river he's been running ever since since, Gotty™ is a mob leader and writer who resides in the Nashville area and spends the majority of the time running The Smoking Section. While he has an affinity for fashion, culture, sports and all things relevant, it was his love for Hip-Hop that led him writing. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in English and often manages to create a witty sentence occasionally.

Born and raised in a cozy treehouse in Cleveland, Ohio, I flew from the upper atmosphere of that mothership funk in 1993 and landed in Brooklyn, New York.
