We don’t usually talk about the Lego games around here because, eh, they’re fun, but they’re all pretty similar and there isn’t much to comment on. Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes looks to change that. Not only do the characters talk for, I believe, the first time in a Lego title, but the game looks to pack in an impressive amount of variety. Brawling, driving, giant robots, an adorable Lego Martian Manhunter! What more could you want?

Well, that trailer contained Danny Elfman’s Batman theme, so I’m sold. Lego Batman 2 hits stores on June 22nd.

It actually came out yesterday, and it’s exactly what you’d expect from a LEGO game: pure awesomeness.
