The Newest Oreo Separator Machine Is More Of An Oreo Exploder

Recently we witnessed the first “Oreo Separator Machine” built for Nabisco’s Cookie vs. Cream contest. Then we decried the next Oreo Separator Machine, which gave a knife to a robot. Now rubber-based weaponry hobbyist Jörg Sprave has rose to the challenge. You’ve already seen Sprave on these pages for his machete slingshot, his Gatling gun slingshot, his 6-shot slingshot, his circular saw blade launcher, his musket ball crossbow, his zombie decapitator, his slingshot cannon, his pump-action slingshot crossbow, his One Piece slingshot/spear, and his beheader bazooka. GRRR, HYPERLINKS!

For Sprave’s Oreo Separation Pump Gun, he says, “Some men simply love neither cookie nor creme,” which he proves by obliterating both with great force. His Oreo Separator Machine technically does separate Oreos, but we wouldn’t recommend eating the results.

The gun can hold up to 14 cookies at once. In the video below, he starts by shooting them at the Amazon box the Oreos were shipped in (so meta). Then he shoots a couple at a brick wall, freezes some and shoots them at ballistic gelatin, and finally breaks out the Stanley knife blade attachment at 3:45. That blade attachment was intended to cleanly separate the cookies and cream, but this is about as clean as you can expect shooting something at two knife blades would be.

This is truly the Hydrox of Oreo Separator Machines.
