Okay, unlike the Ron Swanson planking video, this is actually the real deal: seven minutes of Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman) from “Parks and Recreation” sharing his love for and beliefs about food (video below). It’s basically a highlight reel of Swanson’s best moments: bacon-wrapped shrimp, the strip club breakfast buffet, his photo album of steaks, “Bring me all the bacon and eggs you have,” the Ron Swanson Pyramid of Greatness, the turkey burger — it’s all here. The only way that watching this video on a Friday could be better is if I had a meat tornado to eat as I watched it.

Normally when I see a clip that is 6:57 in lenght I’m like ‘phffft, not in this lifetime.” This was over much too fast; could have been 20 min.
This is my favorite show on TV today, and Ron Swanson is my favorite character on it. Dont think of it as an Amy Pohler show, it is an excellent ensamble of characters.
