I really should come up with a more appropriate title for this segment since it is seemingly impossible for me to have it ready before noon EST, but it has such a nice ring to it. Kind of like "Podildo." In case you're unfamiliar this is the spot where I attempt to predict which next day media created by obsessive Tumbloggers will have the longest internet staying power. Last night made for a virtual treasure trove so if there's anything I missed, please suggest in the comments.
My super brief 2/16 recap:
- Haven't watched all of 30 Rock but fifteen minutes in nothing was doing it for me.
- Parks was excellent, as always. There's nothing Louis CK doesn't make better. Thought the secondary plotline was a bit weak though. Duke Silver Trio = Trying too hard.
- Catherine Tate spiced up the "watchable mediocrity" on The Office with penis talk.
- If you haven't been paying attention, "Lo Scandalo" was my favorite Archer episode yet this season and I want to be best friends with Neal Holman.
Get more GIFapalooza action in the Archer open thread where you'll find assorted Chet Manley excellence. Thursday night top ten starts now. Aubrey Plaza making me even more groovy for her via.

Duke Silver never tries to hard, he just does it, hard.
*too.
I hate being stupid.
Question: Who’s harder at work, Duke Silver or Krieger?
Don’t trash talk Duke Silver, middle aged women will hunt you down.
Does Duke pierce the hearts of women both old and middle aged alike, Nic Cage-style though?
You could drown a toddler in their panties.
Also Catherine Tate was just horrible. The Office continues to get worse.
It was definitely all over the place and not great by any stretch, hence borrowing WG’s “watchable mediocrity” description, but I didn’t think she was terrible. I am a sucker for British ladies making penis jokes though.
Its been done to death. Not a day goes by that a British lady makes comments about their huge cock. At least in my world.
Your world sounds awesome.
If you missed the last 15 minutes of 30 Rock, you missed some awseomely bonkers tv. Not that timely, but fun nonetheless.
