They should just call this thing the “Deathburger” because it looks like one giant artery clog on a plate. The good news (or bad news depending on your perspective): you can only get it in China, so perhaps its part of a diabolical U.S. government plan to kill off millions of their people.
While McDonald’s Germany serves something similar now and again, McDonald’s China has one upped them with a new, limited-time Sausage Double Beef Burger, which is as meaty as it sounds.
The burger is pretty much meat and bun. Specifically, it’s two sausages, two beef patties, and mustard on what looks to be a pretzel hamburger bun. It’s offered for 17.50 yuan or about $2.82 US.
I’m good with any of the other delicious killer crap McDonald’s serves, thank you very much.

Didn’t Krusty Burger have “The Clogger”? This seems like life imitating art…imitating quadruple bypasses.
This just reminded me I have a sausage and biscuit sitting in the fridge I didn’t eat this morning.
Am I awful for wanting to try it, just once?
Psychostick invented the name Deathburger, I think.
